They were told not to go ahead with that and that I held an enduring Power of Attorney as the person in question had Altzheimer's. They were told quite clearly that they could not go ahead with this blind without my consent, however, they did go ahead without my permission. I had just been given a quote to fix the blind for a fraction of the cost.
